This spray combines the centuries-old medicine St. John's Wort in one formula with vitamin B12 and folic acid. The spray thus contributes to mental resilience, a good mental balance and promotes proper energy levels.

Warnings: Hypersensitivity and allergy: Do not use St. John's wort if you are hypersensitive to any of its ingredients. This product should not be used during pregnancy and lactation.
Can interact with medicines: Interaction means if used simultaneously with other medicines, it can influence each other's action and/or side effects.
St. John's Wort can adversely affect the effect of medicines. St. John's wort strengthens the effect of the liver enzyme cytochrome P450, as a result of which a number of medicines are broken down more quickly and therefore have a lesser effect.
When using a medicine in combination with a medicine containing St. John's wort, you are advised to contact your doctor or pharmacist who can give you further information on whether the combination can lead to such an interaction or not. This applies if you want to start taking St. John's wort, but also if you want to stop the simultaneous use of St. John's wort together with one of the medicines listed below.
St. John's Wort can influence the effect of anticoagulants. St. John's Wort can also influence the effect of SSRI-type antidepressants. Simultaneous use is not recommended.
Contraceptive pill: With simultaneous use of St. John's wort and certain types of the contraceptive pill (combination of ethinyloestradiol and desogestrel, also called sub-50) breakthrough bleeding has been observed in an incidental case. If breakthrough bleeding occurs, there may be reduced protection against pregnancy.
